Pricing FAQ

What counts as a load for the $0 plan?

Any RC where Sultan Freight is named as the carrier (MC 1267308, DOT 4353234) and we move the freight end-to-end. Brokered loads where we sub-out don't count. Average our last 3 months and stay at ≥10/mo.

What if we fall under 10 loads in a slow month?

One grace month per quarter. Two consecutive slow months and you flip to Standard ($1,980/mo) automatically. We notify you 14 days before any switch.

Is there really no per-seat fee?

Correct. Add as many dispatchers, drivers, accountants and ops users as you need. Generic TMS charges $50-200 per user per month. We don't. Period.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Self-service cancel from billing. No retention call. One-click data export. Month-to-month - no annual contract required.

How is data secured?

Multi-tenant with row-level company_id scoping. Each company has isolated brand profile, users, leads, loads and invoices. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress (Q3 2026).
