Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Sultan Freight TMS ("the Service"), operated by TruckerProfit Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Sultan Freight TMS is a multi-tenant Transportation Management System containing eleven (11) integrated modules, including but not limited to Dispatch, CRM, IronRoute GPS, SettlePro Settlements, Billing, Compliance, Loads, Customers, Carriers, Reports and Admin. All modules are accessed through a single login per organization.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Trial: 14 days free, up to 3 trucks, all 11 modules, no credit card required.
- Paid plans (Starter $99/mo, Pro $299/mo, Business $999/mo, Enterprise custom) are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Per-truck overage is $15/month above the plan cap. AI Rate Confirmation parsing overage is $0.25 per parse.
- Annual plans receive a 20% discount and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel any time from the billing portal in your TMS Admin module. Cancellation stops future charges; no refunds for the current period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law, including FMCSA regulations; (b) resell access without our written consent; (c) reverse-engineer the platform; (d) upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. We process it solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time via the API or the Admin module.
6. Service Levels
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production tenants. Enterprise plans receive a written SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
